B2B revenue teams often struggle with fragmented communication across complex email threads, forgotten attachments, and disparate links. Co-founders Erdem Gelal, Alper Yurder, and Oguz Gelal launched Flowla in 2022 to solve this persistent deal friction. Based in London, the Turkish entrepreneurs brought together background experience across software enterprise sales, revenue leadership, and global product delivery. The team built a platform that replaces scattered sales collateral with a single, personalised digital workspace. By unifying every buyer interaction into an interactive workspace, sales and customer success teams can collaborate seamlessly throughout the entire customer lifecycle.

The platform transforms how sales processes transition from initial proposals to post-sale customer onboarding. Flowla provides digital sales rooms and structured onboarding hubs equipped with mutual action plans, embedded forms, surveys, and native electronic signatures. Instead of sending static PDF documents, revenue teams can share dynamic spaces tailored to each individual buyer stage. These shared rooms carry the entire deal context directly into live implementation, ensuring seamless handoffs between teams while shrinking customer time to value by 35 percent.

At the core of the platform is REX, an AI revenue execution agent designed to support reps like a player-coach. REX automates routine workflow execution, generates stage-specific document artifacts, and drafts contextual communications tailored to buyer context. The platform also monitors real buyer behaviour to provide deal intelligence, real-time revenue analytics, and detailed stakeholder mapping. This visibility allows revenue operations leaders to identify key decision-makers quickly, while automated CRM synchronisation eliminates manual busywork for reps.

Early adoption shows strong commercial traction across high-growth technology companies relying on Flowla. Software business UserGuiding achieved a 34 percent increase in deal close rates after deploying the platform, while enterprise clients like Insider streamlined their customer onboarding operations. Beyond deal execution, the software offers complete governance over sales content, allowing revenue leaders to enforce brand templates while providing sales representatives with an AI content library of pre-vetted deal assets.

To support product development and international growth, Flowla has raised 2.5 million dollars in total funding. Backers include Revo Capital, AI Startup Factory, Turkiye Development Fund, APY Ventures, Sharks & Partners, and a group of experienced Salesforce angel investors. The company is using this capital to expand its artificial intelligence capabilities, scale workflow automation, and establish a dedicated US go-to-market team designed to broaden its global client footprint.

As B2B purchasing decisions become more collaborative and complex, revenue teams increasingly require unified execution software rather than isolated point tools. Flowla is bringing its AI-driven revenue platform to Web Summit 2026, demonstrating how digital workspaces simplify modern deal execution. By connecting sales proposals, customer success, and buyer enablement into a single coherent system, the London startup continues to refine how enterprise software deals are won and managed.
